Delete your account

1. From the mobile app

• Sign in to the Artisan Hub 237 app
• Open Account, then Account security
• Tap "Delete my account" and confirm

2. From the website

Sign in, open Dashboard, then Security. At the bottom of the page, enter your password and the word DELETE to confirm.

3. Without access to your account

If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the email address or phone number linked to the account, asking for its deletion. We check that the request comes from the account holder before deleting the account.

4. What is deleted immediately

• Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo are erased
• Your password, passkeys, two-factor authentication and all your sessions (web and app) are removed
• Your roles and access rights are withdrawn
• Businesses you own are unpublished (set back to draft) and are no longer publicly visible

5. What is kept

Commercial documents (purchase orders, invoices) are kept for the legally required period, then deleted. Messages and quotes already exchanged remain visible to the other member involved, without your contact details. A security log records the deletion. Deletion is permanent: the account cannot be restored.
